The sun was just setting as they untied the lines and I remember the thrill of sailing into the unknown. I had no idea what to expect. I had jitters in my belly as we ventured out to sea. The wind blew through my hair and I watched the moon slowly rise overhead. I was captivated by dark clouds as they rushed in to meet us. A squall appeared on deck and I was sent below. Then morning came. I sat on the bow of the boat as it rocked gently. We were anchored just outside Bimini. Everywhere I looked I saw clear turquoise water, white sandy beaches and tall palm trees swaying in the breeze. The air smelled fresh and all was peaceful. I was hooked.
